By commissioning me, you are in agreement with these termsPayment must be made upfront. (Too much spam from bots)Payments are made through Ko-Fi only.I will not accept game currency. This ESPECIALLY includes Gil (FFXIV) which has no monetary value. So stop asking me. (Though if someone wants to buy me the fallen angel wings i may make an exception :p)Safe for Work Only!Mild Blood/Gore is okayIf your character is considered "complex" work, there will be an additional fee. This includes: Heavy detailed armor | Detailed robotic/cyber outfits | Most hoyoverse characters | Complex Hair styles.Artist credits are requiredI have the right to decline a commission and I will refund accordingly.You may not request a refund after payment is complete. Especially if I had already begun your illustration. Be mindful before deciding to commission me.It is prohibited to use my artwork for AI or NFT purposesI have the right to use the artwork for my social media/portfolio, and to further promote my commissions.The commission is considered complete once I deliver the final product and receive the client’s approval. However, if you, the client, do not approve of the product within 2 weeks of delivery, then I will automatically consider the commission complete. No further changes to the commission can be applied.
Illustration TOS
Simple Illustrations and Chibis can take between 1-3 Weeks to complete. Depending on complexity and the number of commissions I currently have.Full Illustrations can take between 2-8 weeks to complete. Depending on complexity and the number of commissions I currently have.I will not be creating custom characters for this commission type.
Commercial Rights
Commercial rights include work used for streaming, Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok Live, or merch sales.You must let me know before payment if this work will be used for commercial use.Commercial use commissions use a 100% (USD) fee of the full price.Artist credits are STRICTLY required
PNGTuber+ TOS
PNGTubers already include commercial rights and no further fees are required.PNGTubers include one pose, and one expression.
